• There is no refund or cancellation for all SRCC membership categories unless his/her membership application has been declined by the SRCC Committees.

• SRCC membership administration fees RM 1100.00 are non-refundable.

• Non-Refundable Event Tickets / Member Privilege / Event Sponsorships : All tickets purchased through our mobile application are non-refundable. Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for another event or date.

• Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the purchaser at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and up to date.

• Ticket Redemption Process: Upon purchase of the event ticket, ticket holders will receive a confirmation email containing details on how to redeem or use the ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to follow the instructions provided to redeem or use the ticket.

• Validity Period: Event tickets are valid only for the date(s) and time(s) specified on the ticket. Tickets must be redeemed or used within the validity period. Expired tickets will not be honored, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

• Presentation of Ticket: To gain entry to the event venue, ticket holders must present a valid ticket in either digital or printed format. The ticket must be legible and undamaged for scanning or verification purposes.

• Event Cancellation: In the rare event that is canceled by the organizer, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizer. Any refund decisions will be communicated to ticket holders via email.

• Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for unused or partially used tickets.

• Refund will be credited back to the applied member’s bank account.

• All SRCC membership rights adheres to the registered Constitution with the Registrar Of Society.

• The above policies apply to all SRCC memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
